All shirt and hat orders are printed especially for you. Please allow several weeks for your order to be completed, printed, shipped and delivered.
Orders may be placed from, and shipped to, US addresses only.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Because each order is printed just for you, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund.
Because our shirts and hats are custom-printed, we can’t offer exchanges on sizes or colors unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please double check the sizing information before you place an order.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and include photos of the damage or defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We’ll work with our printing partner to reprint your order as quickly as possible, but please don’t send your order back to us until we send you return instructions.
